Your personal data, and your landlord

February 25 @ 14:3016:00

Part of a series of monthly webinars to help social housing residents understand their rights, how to stand up for them, and how to get better treatment and services from landlords.

This webinar will support residents to understand:
– the information a landlord should hold about them, what they are allowed to do with this information and why
– what policies landlords need to comply with in terms of data protection and privacy
– how long landlords should keep data for
– the difference between local authorities and Housing Associations in terms of how residents can access the information that landlords hold
There’ll be the opportunity for discussion and to ask questions.
This session is open to all social housing residents. Closed captions will be enabled.
