How to make an effective complaint

This webinar will cover some of the different elements to think about when you have to make a complaint to your landlord. This will include how to structure your complaint, what information you should include, what records you should keep, what to do if your landlord isn’t responding, and how to keep your resilience if this happens. It will also look at what good complaint handling offers to landlords.
The webinar will be run by Four Million Homes trainers and as always, there’ll be plenty of opportunity for residents to share their experiences, what’s worked and what hasn’t and to explore solutions together.
