Neighbourhood management

November 28, 2023 @ 15:0016:30

Neighbourhood management is about keeping the neighbourhood and communal areas around residents’ homes clean and safe. Landlords should work in partnership with tenants and other providers and public bodies in order to do this.

This webinar will feature Anne Power from the London School of Economics giving an overview of what neighbourhood management is, what it can achieve (giving real life examples) and why its so important. Andrea Baker from Poplar HARCA in East London will then share the approach that they are taking, their deliberate choice to stay local and to create places and homes that demonstrate what happens when agencies work together, as well as how residents can be involved in this strategic vision.

As always there will be plenty of opportunity for discussion, questions and for participants to share their own experiences.
