Scrutinising your landlord’s performance

July 31 @ 14:3016:00

Scrutiny is a way for residents to examine decisions, policies and actions that affect their home in order to hold their landlords to account and improve services.

In this webinar, we’ll look more closely at how scrutiny works in practice. Kai Jackson, chair of the scrutiny panel at Black Country Housing Group (BCHG), will share her experiences of being involved in scrutiny – successes, challenges and how to overcome them – as well as the transformation that happened in BCHG because of a strong scrutiny panel and a change in  the leadership team. And Caritas Charles, Policy and Insight Manager at TPAS England, will talk about why scrutiny is so important in terms of the new consumer standards.

As always there’ll be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and for discussion.

Session is open to all social housing residents. Closed captions will be enabled.
