Training session 7 – Understanding landlord financial models

This session looks at how the finance works, both for landlords’ existing homes and the development of new homes.

It sets out to:

  • explore how councils and housing associations are funded
  • help residents to understand what your rent and service charges pay for
  • look at how landlords fund development of new properties
  • be interesting, worthwhile and fun!

Session is open to all social housing residents. Tea and cakes will be the provided and there’ll be lots of opportunity to network and share experiences.

A support person is welcome to attend the training with you if needed. Please just let us know via email when you receive the confirmation.

The venue is wheelchair accessible.
